The warranty for the Product does not apply in the following cases: * Normal wear and tear of the Product; * Damage to the Product as a result of an accident or careless operation; * Malfunctions of parts of the fuel system and the exhaust system due to the use of low-quality fuel (including due to pollution or the use of leaded gasoline); * Damage (including suspension and steering) caused by careless driving on uneven roads, associated with shock loads on vehicle parts; * Noise (creaking, squealing) of brakes; * External damage to body glass and lighting devices; * Defects, malfunctions or corrosion of parts caused by exposure to industrial and chemical emissions, acid or alkaline air pollution, plant sap, waste products of birds and animals, chemically active substances, in particular those used to combat road icing, hail, lightning and other natural phenomena; * Operational wear and natural change of condition (including aging) of such types of Goods as wiper blades, drive belts, brake pads, discs and drums, clutch discs, spark plugs, etc.; * Consumable parts and materials (including oil, filters, fuses, lamps, etc.).
